Jarama Circuit  (Circuito del Jarama)

Located in San Sebastián de los Reyes, north of Madrid,  the Jarama Circuit officially opened in 1967 and hosted nine Spanish Grands Prix  between 1968 and 1981, along with numerous Formula 1 and World Motorcycle Grand Prix events.  With a total length of approximately 3.85 km, the circuit features short straights  and closely connected corners that make overtaking difficult and driving highly technical.  It remains one of Spain’s most historic and technically demanding racing venues.
